Hook Spinner

Hook a finger through the bearing and let it spin around it.

The whole thing is one flat piece with a big open steel bearing pressed into the wide end. Put a finger through the ring and it spins around your finger rather than in your hand, which is a different feel from an ordinary spinner and much harder to put down. It is 6cm long and lives on a keyring without getting in the way. The pale green one charges up in daylight and glows once the lights go off.
