This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within Singapore.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+8) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are usually processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on orders shipped within Singapore.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
For Singapore:
Processing time: 1 - 3 business days
Shipping (transit) time: 4 - 7 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 5 - 10 business days

5. Carrier Services
Deliveries are handled by KEX Express, Ninja Van or an equivalent trusted local courier in Singapore once the shipment reaches the destination country.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website.
Please allow up to 24h after dispatch for tracking information to update.
7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
