Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay). All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it — just email support@snsvillage.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we're not able to cancel it, but our returns process still has you covered.
I didn't get an order confirmation — what should I do?
Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam or promotions folders, so have a quick look there first. If it's still missing after a few hours, email us and we'll confirm your order manually.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes around 4–10 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $39 (SGD) ship free. Any applicable fees are always shown clearly before you pay.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore. If you're outside Singapore and would love some squishies, drop us a note — we're growing, and it helps us decide where to open up next.
My order is taking longer than expected. Help?
Occasional delays can happen with customs or courier handling. If your order hasn't arrived within about a week of the estimated window, email support@snsvillage.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, for items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Just email us to start a return and we'll send clear instructions. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
We're sorry about that — please email support@snsvillage.com within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo or two of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund, and cover any return costs.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm by email and process approved refunds within 7 days, back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different design?
Yes. The quickest way is to return the original item through our standard process and place a new order for the one you'd like, so you don't have to wait for the return to finish processing first.
Our Products & Safety
Are your squishies safe?
Our squishies are stress-relief sensory toys made from soft, slow-rising foam. They're meant for squeezing and play — not for eating, even the ones that look like food. Please keep them away from very young children (see the age guidance below).
What age are they suitable for?
Our toys are not suitable for children under 3, due to small-parts choking risk. For older kids, we still recommend a bit of grown-up supervision during play.
They look like food — are they edible?
No, definitely not! Lots of our designs are shaped like dumplings, fruit and desserts because that's what makes them so cute, but they're toys. Please don't bite or eat them.
How do I care for my squishy?
Squeeze and knead gently, wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth (don't soak it), and keep it away from sharp objects, pets' teeth, and direct heat or sunlight, which can soften and damage the foam. Store it somewhere cool and dry between squeezes.
