Cut from solid metal, not moulded - and you can feel the difference in the spin.

The three arms are machined into chunky faceted wedges with polished chamfers along every edge, so it catches the light while it turns. The bearing is the good kind: silent, with no rattle and no wobble, so one flick keeps going far longer than a plastic spinner will. It has the weight of a decent pocket tool rather than a toy.
